Solstice Magic

My beloved community,

At Solstice we move through the darkest days. In the dark we get to see the underbelly of things, the places where we are not who we want to be, and where we want to transform. This is the gift of the dark.

Solstice is a liminal state of transition that holds magic and mystery and is a great time to do intention setting with the support of the cosmos. I invite you to join with me in setting intentions to let go of all that does not serve you~ insecurities, harsh judgements, self harm in any way~ and clearly visualize bringing to life self-love and care, compassion and empowerment. 

May we all hold this precious life in ourselves, each other and the planet with the greatest love and care. May we seek the light of inspiration, dedication and oneness to know we belong, we are gifts the universe has given itself and we matter. What we think, say and do matters. You make a difference!

So let us all dig a little deeper, reach a little higher, risk a little more to lean into creating the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible. Every gift of a smile, kindness, breath we take to respond instead of react, 

is inspiring another wave of love to wash over us and all.
