Yoga links breath to movement bringing balance, strength and flexibility to the body, mind and spirit. Yoga helps align the body, stretch and strengthen the muscles, clear the mind and connect to spirit. It is a great practice to counteract stress, depression, anxiety and overwhelm and helps people to feel connected to themselves and others.

Katey has been practicing different forms of yoga since 1979. She practiced Gentle Yoga with Paula Gates and 7 years of Ashtanga with Chris Harris. Lauren Ferriera introduced Katey to Vinyasa, and in 2012 Katey received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from Amy Figoli at the Shala Institute in Bridgton, Maine. Katey also completed a Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Sagel Urlacher in 2018. She has been teaching since 2012.
