Share the joy of free movement and connect with yourself in an open- hearted way. The music is created to move you through a rhythm-wave, inviting you to dive as deeply as you wish into your own inner landscape. Moving releases tight muscles and tensions stored in the body that leaves you freed up to be more present.
Sound Journey for the Inner Soul
Participants have said they felt transformed, healed, opened up and freed by relaxing amidst the waves of vibration emanating from Rusty Wiltjer's gongs, singing bowls and more. For one whole hour you can just lay back, relax and allow your being to float with the sounds. Bring mat, blanket and pillow if you like.
The powerful art of shamanism has been practiced throughout indigenous cultures for generations. It is based on the knowing that everything is vibrating energy and capable of communicating. Through the shamanic journey, we communicate on a soul to soul level with all - the earth, trees, animals, our ancestors, and spirit. In this workshop you will explore the history of shamanism, learn about what this practice is and isn't, and learn the shaman's technique of journeying to meet your spirit guides. Your power animal and upper world teacher are awaiting your attention. Accept this invitation to begin these relationships.

ESSENTIAL OILS MAKE AND TAKE PARTY TBA
Learn about the healing power of essential oils while you make a roller bottle of essential oils for yourself or for holiday presents for loved ones. You will get to sample a wide variety of essential oils and choose your own blends to create 3 roller bottles or spray bottles to take home.

Do you wonder why yoga is so popular? This class will teach you what yoga is and you will learn a basic yoga practice you can take home. For those who are curious about yoga, those who have wanted to take yoga but not been sure, and those who have been practicing but want to deepen their understanding of yoga and fine tune their poses.

Sample a wide range of essential oils and experience their healing affects. Learn which oils can support any health issues you or your family may be facing.
TOOLS for ATTUNEMENT to YOUR DEEP INNER KNOWING
Learn simple tools to help you connect to your inner essence and guide you towards alignment with spirit. You will experience techniques you can easily take home with you and practice. This can make decision making less stressful and bring more peace into your life.
Yoga for Gardeners at the Alan Day Community Garden
Learn poses for strengthening, balancing and releasing tension that can all be used while you garden. Free and open to all. Bring a mat if you have one and water.
PRINCIPLES OF YOGA
Beyond the poses, we will study the Yamas and the Niyamas to deepen our understanding of Yoga being a life practice. There will be some movement, breath work (pranayama), chanting. Reading and exercises between classes.
In this workshop you will get a chance to review your life on paper and create a beautiful 'life map' marking defining moments, big events, things you want to remember and see the shape of your life in a colorful form. Bring your own personal history timeline, journals, favorite paper, art supplies, magazines. You will walk away with a life map in the form of a scroll, booklet or whatever you can imagine. This is an ongoing project so you may capture everything you want during the day or you may only get started. Either way it is a lovely way to honor yourself and remember all that has brought you to this point in your life.
FUNDAMENTALS OF YOGA
We will focus on correct positioning in poses to bring the greatest ease and benefits and breathing exercises to deepen our understanding of how the breath affects our practice. You will receive information about the yogic lifestyle and get hands-on assistance with your practice. There will be time to ask questions you have about yoga in general or specific poses. Moving with attention in relationship to others, giving weight, lifting and discovering the joys and surprises of improvising in the moment with others. No experience necessary. Confirm that you are coming at 890-9622.
BEING A HEALING PRESENCE
Experience yourself as a Healing Presence. Through information, guided exercises, practice of listening skills, physical contact awareness and being a witness, you can manifest a healing presence for yourself, your loved ones and others. In a relaxing atmosphere we will deepen into being centered and grounded in order to connect with others. Open to All. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring water to drink.
SIMPLE MASSAGE TECHNIQUES FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY
The gentle art of massage is a beautiful gift you can give yourself and loved ones. Learn easy ways to give physical comfort and relief from tension, tight muscles, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, not feeling connected. Using attention, reflexology, acupressure and a variety of massage techniques you can help others to feel better and support their self-healing capacity. This is a good workshop for people going through or surviving cancer, care givers and family members.
Gentle movement into poses with the support of another. The warmth of contact and the connection with another person invites the body to soften and open up in the poses in a new way. Bring a partner or come on your own. Wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring water to drink.
